What is your fee?

My private pay fee is $170 for a 55-minute session or consultation.

Do you take insurance?

Yes, I accept Optum, MHN, and United Health Care insurance at this time. Please contact your insurance company before your first session to understand your benefits.

If you wish to use a different insurance, I can provide a superbill upon request. A superbill can be submitted to your insurance company for partial reimbursement dependent on the requirements of your plan.

What languages do you speak?
I speak English, Tagalog, Visayan or Cebuano.
Do you offer coaching?
Yes, I offer both coaching and therapy. If you are interested in coaching, please let me know during our initial phone call so we can discuss whether coaching or therapy is the best option for your needs.
How will I know if you are the right therapist for me?

Mental health treatment is a partnership, and it is very important that you find someone qualified who is the best match for your unique needs.

I provide a free 30-minute phone consultation to help us both assess whether it’s a good fit.
